We were invited to the Hanover StreetFest, an outdoor event with live music and local artists and crafters selling their wares.

We left friday night before the event from Nashua NH. We checked into our rooms around 10 and found parking for the truck and trailer.

In the morning we grabbed a quick breakfast and headed to Hanover. It started to rain as we set up the tents.
After setup the rain eventually died down and people arrived at the event.

Codemasters the makers of the new video game “DiRT” have signed on as an associate sponsor of the Dunkin’ Rally Team!

Codemasters developed some of the top rally videogames ever – to include Colin McRae 5 which was voted the best driving simulation game in 2005! The latest version “DiRT” has even better graphics and cars. Check it out at Codemasters/dirt

So what does that mean for the DRT? We have video games at service! As part of the sponsorship Codemasters has supplied two complete video games systems with TV’s for us to setup during service and at other DRT Tour stops.

In marketing speak it is “A fully interactive, experiential mobile marketing platform to drive brand awareness and loyalty to the Y Generation”.

In simple English – the Dunkin’ Rally Team is a partnership between Dunkin’ Donuts and Wazoo Racing. The purpose of the team is generate excitement, interest (and OK sales) about Dunkin’ within extreme sports fans. We say extreme sports since performance rallying is the hottest extreme sport in the country (even though its been around since way before our time). Rallying is on ESPN2 and in the XGames again this year so go to to get the exact dates and times of the shows.
